With its unique 18k carbon fiber weave, the Diadem Edge 18k generates some of the craziest spin I've ever seen. It's a top control paddle for intermediates too, especially if you’re coming from tennis like me.
We worked with Diadem to get a 10% discount, exclusive to our readers, so you can take the price of this paddle down from $229.95 to $206.95. Read on to grab this deal on one of the best spin paddles in pickleball.
Grab the deal if:
You're an intermediate who loves spin:
this paddle consistently generates more spin than almost any other, while still being controlled enough for your touch game.
You want to hone your serves:
the combination of spin and control works wonders—I consistently win points on my serves with the Edge 18k.
You don’t want to spend over $250:
the Edge 18k is good value against other big-spinning paddles like the Proton Series One and Gearbox Pro Power.

If spin is your top priority, you’ll love what the Diadem Edge 18k has to offer. If I could give it 11/10 for spin, I would. If you’re a former tennis player like me, you’ll feel like you can almost play tennis out there and still win pickleball games.
Since control is so good too, you can swing hard and keep the ball in play with tons of topspin. My serves are deadly with this paddle, especially when I'm playing against lower-level players.
With our exclusive 10% discount, you can now get the Edge 18k for $206.95 (instead of $229.95). Compare that to the Proton Series One ($255 with our discount) and Gearbox Pro Power ($275), two of the best spin paddles this year. At least $48 cheaper, the Edge 18k is a bargain by comparison.

Is the Diadem Edge 18k worth it?
While the Diadem Edge 18k is priced above some top spin paddles, like the Legacy Pro ($135 with our discount), it justifies it. I've yet to see another paddle use this lethal 18k weave. Usually you’re paying up to $250 for cutting-edge technology like this, so on that basis alone it’s definitely worth $206.99.
If you need more power, check out the intermediate-friendly Bread & Butter Filth, which is just $140.25 with our 15% discount. If you want a more advanced all-court paddle, try the CRBN-3X Power Series for the same price as the Diadem ($206.99 with our 10% discount).
However, if you mostly prioritize spin and control, the Diadem Edge 18k is 100% worth it for you. With our deal, this is the best price you can find on it right now. Why not put your savings toward some new pickleball shoes or other pickleball gear?
