One thing to be aware of is the cutoff dates for delivery when shopping online. While every brand differs, it's useful to look at USPS's dates for ordering on time so you get your presents by December 25:

For the most part, the discounts are higher on Black Friday than Christmas. With so many brands participating in Black Friday, the competition to offer the best savings is high. That results in brands offering big discounts.
Pre-Christmas sales still offer great savings for anyone who didn't get their shopping done over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, and some brands have the same deals from Black Friday still running.
Christmas deals last until Christmas Day, December 25. After that, the post-holiday sale season begins, with some deals lasting until the end of January.
If you're shopping directly on a brand's website, check their info pages to see if they have recommended delivery dates for Christmas.
