I've been a huge fan of the Vatic Pro PRISM Flash since I tested it back in August 2023. It has the same elite levels of control as the $250 JOOLA Ben Johns Perseus.

Spin is up there with pro paddles like the ProXR Zane Signature ($210), while forgiveness is on a par with the Bread & Butter Loco ($165). It has enough power to hit hard topspin drives and serves too, making it one of the best-performing all-court paddles I've ever tested.

The PRISM Flash was already my top budget paddle of 2024. With an exclusive $10 saving just for our readers, you can get it for only $89.99. This makes it one of the best value paddles you'll find.

Is the Vatic Pro PRISM Flash worth it?

This one is a no-brainer. There's probably never been better value offered in pickleball. If you're a beginner looking for a carbon paddle, it's definitely worth spending a little more for this over a $50-70 Amazon paddle if you have the budget. It's soft enough to boost your touch game and has plenty of power and spin to help you learn how to play pickleball.

What's great is you won't need to replace it when you hit the intermediate level, as it performs so well across power, spin, control, and forgiveness. Removing the need to buy a step-up intermediate paddle saves you even more money in the long run.

Once you're a rising intermediate (3.5 pickleball skill level), you'll probably want something more advanced like the Selkirk LUXX Control if control is your priority. Alternatively, check out the Bread & Butter Filth if you need more power.

So, if you're ready to get the Vatic Pro PRISM Flash, remember that this is the lowest price you'll find for this paddle right now. Why not apply your $10 savings to some new pickleball balls?
